J/K... Stock is always nice because you know exactly what you're starting from, but with a little research, you can determine if mods were done correctly before purchasing a modded vehicle. As far as these two options, my gut tells me that the first one has been babied a bit more, and may require less clean up. Only way to know for sure is to take a mechanic and check it out, though.
